Dear Colin,
Thanks for your letter and list of services. As usual we shall be cruising through the winter. However, I would like to tell you what happened to us last week.On Monday we were at Oulton Broad overnight and as we set off on Tuesday couldn't understand why we were pulling so much charge off the engine. We moored at Worlingham with friends of ours and after a barbie and a few bottles got on the boat to find that there was not even enough power to illuminate a lamp! Accidentally, we'd put the fridge 12v supply on when putting a bottle of milk on that morning. Thanks to those wonderful solar panels you fitted, by the following afternoon we were back up to the operating levels, the holiday continued all week without another hitch and by the time we got back to our own mooring the batteries were 100% again! unbelievable and a message worth pointing out to anyone considering fitting the same. Thank you. Best Wishes

I had my solar panel fitted 3 years ago by Woods Dyke Boatyard. I am very pleased with the results and it is working wonderfully. Shortly after they were fitted I was not able to use my boat for 12 months due to illness. The engineers who service my boat went to do a pre- season service and the boat started immediately. I keep my batteries connected and do not have to disconnect at all.

Customers comments that were sent to the German Manufacturers of Efoy Fuel Cells:
25th January 2007
I wish to let you know how satisfied I am with your fuel cell (apart from the price!) and the efficiency of Woods Dyke Boatyard in fitting it, completed yesterday. The cell should prove to be the answer to problems I have has with my 2 x 75 Ah leisure batteries dying after two days. My wife and I like to "wild" camp in our six year old Mercedes Benz medium wheelbase 216CDI Sprinter, without having to drive to charge the batteries or go to campsites for an electrical connection. We spend Mays in the north of Scotland and Julys in France, with shorter trips in the UK at other times.
I believe you have chosen well in appointing Colin and Pam Facey and their team at Woods Dyke Boatyard to be your Uk retailers and fitters. They are genuine, straight-dealing, capable and charming people. They run a well-established business staffed with competent and experienced staff. They made my wife and me welcome and cared for our needs when we "camped" overnight in their yard. I myself have been over 50 years variously in the Navy, education and business and have tried to practice as Woods Dyke do :- be fair and good to your "customers" and they will go away happy, spread the word about their good treatment and not hesistate to return another day. From reports I had from the Faceys, Efoy has a similar policy and I wish to compliment you for it.
